Creating a new account

To create a new member account with www.Thevicosmetics.com, click on the My Account link and then click on register. Input your information and make an ID and password for your account.

Shopping Basket

When you want to look over which items you have chosen to purchase click on the Shopping Basket link near the middle right of the page. You can change the amount ordered and delete items. To change the amount of each item put the number of the items desired and click edit. To continue with the purchase you click check out now.

Product Availability

Rarely will we be out of stock on certain items and they will be temporarily unavailable. We will fill the orders that are made but there will be a delay in the delivery. When this happens we will notify the customer via phone call and email.

Maximum purchase policy

We regret that we must limit orders to no more than 6 units for any shade.

Order online

Follow the directions to shopping online and click check out now in the shopping bag. Input information and pay with credit card. Print a copy of the order page for your records. You will receive an e-mail confirming your purchase on the website. When your order is shipped out you will receive an e-mail with your tracking order number. With the tracking order number you can keep track of your package at the delivery service's homepage.

Checkout process

Sign in if you are a returning customer using the ID and password you chose. If you have not made an account with us click on My Account and make an account.

Customer billing information must match the credit card's billing address in order for you to make purchases on the website. Fill out customer shipping information if you want your purchase to be delivered somewhere besides your billing address. If no address is entered in customer shipping information than your purchase will be mailed to your billing address.

Payment with credit card is done after you review your purchase items and billing address. After putting in your credit card information click submit. After your purchase is completed you will receive an e-mail confirming it with your purchase number. Print out a copy of the page for your records. Payment methods

At www.thevicosmetics.com we only accept payments by credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard.

Your Billing address for your credit card must match the address given or the order may not be accepted. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match the above criteria.

We cannot accept orders with billing addresses outside the U.S. at this time.

Sales tax

We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to the following states -  New York. If you have other questions regarding sales tax, please feel free to info@thevicosmetics.com.

Order confirmation and tracking packages

After making a purchase you will receive a confirmation e-mail with purchase information. When your order has a tracking number assigned to it you will be e-mailed the number. With the tracking number you can view delivery status and expected delivery date. You can also view the status of your purchase on www.thevicosmetics.com, click on My Account and select order status with your order number to check information. Please note that your tracking number will only be active after your shipping has been confirmed.

Canceling and modifying orders

If your order has already been completed please call email info@thevicosmetics.com to cancel or change your order before it has been shipped out. If the package has already been shipped you may just return the package for a refund.

Order processing time

Orders will be processed in 3 or less business days. If your order has been made on a weekend or holiday it will be processed the following business day.

If for some reason you cannot order online email us at info@thevicosmetics.com with your contact information and we will help with your order.

Shipping and returns

Shipping terms and restrictions

Orders to Thevi Cosmetics can only be shipped to addresses in the United States.

Orders are shipped on business days only, Monday- Friday, excluding all major holidays.

Shipping confirmation

When an order is made you will receive a confirmation of that order through an e-mail and when the order is shipped out you will receive another e-mail with your shipping number for easy tracking.

Shipping to third party

We accept orders to third parties as long as the billing address matches the credit card address and the third party resides in the United States.

Return Policy and exchanges

We anticipate that you are satisfied with your products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products along with your receipt within 30 days of purchase to:

Refunds will be given for the price shown on your receipt. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Unfortunately, products purchased through thevicosmetics.com may NOT be returned or exchanged at any retail locations that sell Thevi cosmetics. Also, items purchased at any retail store may NOT be returned or exchanged to the address above.

Exchanges of items purchased through thevicosmetics.com should be forwarded to the above address and include receipt. Depending on the value of product returned, you should consider insuring your shipment. Thevi Ltd. is not responsible for any lost items returned by the customer.
